Privacy requests and appeals

Where applicable, ask to know about or access personal information associated with you, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, exercise an applicable opt-out, or appeal a denied request. We ordinarily verify through your signed-in account or account email and request additional information only when reasonably necessary. Organization information may also require proof of authority.

AI-assisted processing

AI Data Plate and Visible-Marking Identification is available only for entitled organizations that enable it and users who grant the required permission. A user can decline or withdraw personal permission without losing non-AI inventory functions. Contact us with an AI-processing question or request; we will verify your identity and organization authority.

Marketing email

Marketing email is optional and is separate from account, security, invitation, billing, and support messages. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe method. You can also request an opt-out now.

Push notifications

You can decline the iOS notification prompt, change notification preferences in DealQuip when available, or disable notifications in iPhone Settings. Core inventory features remain available without push permission.

Camera, photos, and files

iOS controls camera and photo-library permission. DealQuip requests access only when you choose a capture or upload workflow. File selection uses the system picker. You can change permissions in iPhone Settings.

Website analytics

Public-site analytics may use cookies when configured. You can use browser privacy controls, clear cookies, or block analytics requests. Authenticated DealQuip routes do not load the marketing analytics component.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

DealQuip does not sell personal information for money and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because DealQuip does not currently conduct those activities, there is no sale or sharing to opt out of and a browser preference signal does not change the site’s current behavior. If DealQuip introduces a covered practice, it will first implement the notice and signal handling required by applicable law.

Account deletion is not membership removal

Removing you from one organization does not delete your global DealQuip account. Deleting an account also does not automatically erase records owned by an organization, shared audit history, or information retained for security, billing, legal, or contractual reasons. It does not close an organization or cancel its subscription. A sole Owner must establish another active Owner before deleting their individual account.

Signed-in users can delete their individual account in DealQuip Mobile under Settings → Account → Delete Account. DealQuip re-verifies the user before deletion. You may still send a privacy request using the button above for access, correction, or other applicable privacy requests.

For more detail, read the Privacy Policy. Do not email passwords, complete payment-card details, or sensitive equipment documents.
